At MiDoggie, we value the time and commitment of both our clients and our team. To provide a high-quality and well-organized service, it’s essential to respect schedules and give proper notice of any changes or unforeseen circumstances. Below is our cancellation policy:
Cancellations by the Client
- Cancellations or appointment changes must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
- If the client fails to notify us or is not present at the agreed time, the service will be considered cancelled.
- In such cases, the worker will receive 50% of the service price as compensation.
- For future bookings, the client will be required to pay in advance or use a service voucher to secure an appointment.
- If a client records two or more no-shows or last-minute cancellations, they may lose priority for future reservations.
Cancellations by the Worker
- The worker must give as much notice as possible if unable to attend an appointment.
- If the worker fails to notify and causes inconvenience, the client will receive a 50% discount on their next service.
- Additionally, in such cases, we will do our best to assign an alternative professional on short notice.
- The affected client will receive top priority for their next booking.
- Workers who cancel without notice or are consistently late may be temporarily removed from the service schedule.
- Repeated incidents or lack of commitment may result in the termination of the collaboration.
