Welcome to MiDoggie (hereinafter, “the Platform”). These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the services offered through the Platform, owned by Belén Giménez, with ID 48719405T, based in Alicante, Spain.
By accessing or using MiDoggie, you fully accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any part, please refrain from using the Platform.
2. Description of the Platform
MiDoggie is a digital platform that connects dog owners with professional collaborators offering at-home services such as dog walking, pet sitting, grooming, training, and veterinary care.
The Platform acts solely as an intermediary to facilitate the hiring of these services.
3. Users
3.1. Clients
Individuals who book services for their dogs through the Platform.
3.2. Collaborators
Independent professionals who provide dog-related services and are registered and accepted on the Platform.
4. Terms of Use and Service Agreements
- The service contract is made directly between the Client and the Collaborator, using MiDoggie as a tool for management and communication.
- MiDoggie does not directly provide the services and is not responsible for their execution, quality, or outcomes.
- Prices, availability, and specific service conditions are determined by the Collaborator and displayed on the Platform.
5. Payments and Commissions
- Payments can be made via Bizum, cash, or other specified methods.
- MiDoggie applies a 20% commission on the agreed service price, with 80% going to the Collaborator.
- MiDoggie is not liable for any payment disputes between Clients and Collaborators.
6. Responsibilities
- Users agree to use the Platform legally and respectfully.
- Collaborators must comply with applicable regulations for professional services and hold the necessary licenses or permits.
- MiDoggie is not responsible for any damage, loss, or claims resulting from the services provided.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund conditions are to be agreed upon directly between the Client and the Collaborator.
MiDoggie is not responsible for managing these matters.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, trademarks, and materials on the Platform are the property of MiDoggie or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Data Protection
Personal data is handled in accordance with MiDoggie’s Privacy Policy, available on the Platform.
10. Modifications
MiDoggie may modify these Terms at any time, notifying Users via the Platform. Continued use implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any disputes, both parties submit to the courts of Alicante, Spain.
